About Carlin Place
Welcome to our website. We hope you enjoy your virtual visit here. As you browse through the site you will learn a little of the history of the co-op, how it is run and you will also be able to print out an application form and return it to us if you’re interested in applying for membership.
Carlin Place Co-op is a federal housing co-op with 45 units. As you go through the website, you’ll find floor plans of the different size units, photos of the interior of the units, exterior photo shots and photos from the archives.
The co-op is close to good shopping at the four corners area, lots of schools, hospitals, and is within walking distance of Science North (about 20 minutes).
The 45 units are laid out in a circular pattern off of a main artery in the south end of Sudbury. The co-op’s circular layout is not immediately evident until one drives further in past the entrance area. The co-op offers much in the way of privacy, safety, green surroundings and wildlife (don’t be surprised to see the occasional bear, fox, rabbits and lots of our feathered friends).
Come visit us. The office is located in the first building on the left when you drive in. Just walk up the ramp at the side of the building, go in the door at the top of the ramp and down the stairs to the office.
